WebTurns out it has to be enabled from the settings. This is what I did: Sign in to zoom via the website, on the left bar you have PERSONAL and ADMIN. Under PERSONAL click settings, then under the 'Meeting' tab choose 'In Meeting (basic)' and you will find an option to tick on co-host.
