BORE-STROKE=468, BORE--STROKE=496..all the up to a 632. i know you have to use a after market block after 505 ci. but i need all the combos, 489,502,572. thanks in advance. You could stroke a stock 454 block to 4.5" stroke. A 4.250 fits with zero block clearancing, even with stock rods with zero clearancing done to the rods. Nothing was even close on my block. Most 454 blocks will go .100". Some will go .125". A 454 should swallow a 4.375 with an aftermarket rod.

(396 bore is 4.094)You could use a 396 crank in a 454 block to create 427,they use the same rods but the 454 pistons won't work due to different position of the piston pin. Rated at 340hp and 450lb/ft torque.
